EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Unmasking Brain Injury Mask Creation Session
Saturday, May 24, 2025
11:00 am until 2:00 pm
Mead Public Library, 710 N. 8th Street, Sheboygan, WI 53081
This event is open to the public but limited to 15 survivors (Caregivers and Helpers are not included in this total since they are not making masks). Register soon before all the spaces are filled!

POP UP EVENTS

Pop-up Activities and Classes (Part of Mark Schmitt’s Creativ/Edge) – Look for more exciting events in 2025.  

Anyone can participate.  In house classes are held at our Waukesha location 511 N. Grand Ave. Classes can also be attended virtually (time for supply shipment is required)

  • It’s time for Me Time! Schedule some Me Time
  • “As the Book Worms” Book Club – Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm. Hosted by Bari Rieth and members can be in person or online (link will be provided)
  • Book Review – Periodically, the Staff get together to read and review books written by Brain Injury Survivors.  These reviews are then published in the BI-Inside Magazine.  To join this group just contact us.
  • Game Days – Once per month, let’s get together to play various games and just kick-back.  To join this group just contact us.
  • Pen Pal / Greeting Card Station – No reservations needed.  Just stop in, have a seat, get a coffee or hot chocolate, and put pen to paper.
