We are pleased to announce that to better serve our friends and clients, an all inclusive Social and Skills Program has been created for brain injury survivors.

How does this affect you? By completing and returning the Participation Form you will become a new member of this exclusive program and will be entitled to the following:

Support Group Meetings (First Tuesday on each month)

Upon completion and return of the Participation Form, you will receive a laminated participation card that will allow you to attend the events noted at left.

Return your Participation Form as soon as possible to ensure you are entitled to attend all of these informative, educational, fun, and social events at no charge (admittance fee applies to all guests and escorts).

Service Dogs are exempt from any fee but must be under the control of the owner/handler at all times.
